  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Shipping Procedure

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order and are processing it. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note: Orders placed on Fridays after 16:00 or over the weekend may take a little longer to begin processing.

Once dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking information. Delivery typically takes 8–12 working days from dispatch (Monday to Friday).

As a thank you to our customers, we offer free delivery on all orders — no exceptions and no hidden fees.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may happen due to peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs processes.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 working days, we kindly ask you to allow an additional 5 working days before reaching out. If you still haven’t received it by then, please contact us at info@canberra-muse.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologise. Please email us at info@canberra-muse.com with a brief description and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review your case promptly and send you a replacement if necessary.

How to Place an Order

  1. Go to the product page and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. Make sure you’ve selected the correct variant (e.g., size or color).
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in your shipping details.
  4. Review your address on the Shipping page — delivery is always free.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • PayPal
    • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro)
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
  6. Click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions from your payment provider.

All payments are securely encrypted via SSL for your safety.

Sustainability Note

To reduce environmental impact, we consolidate shipments and dispatch in bulk once minimum volume is reached. This helps us maintain fair pricing and contribute to a healthier planet.
