Thank you for shopping with Canberra Muse. We appreciate your trust and are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and cancellation policies carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • No damage has occurred due to improper handling.
  • Hygiene-related products have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • In case of a defect, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect items have been used, damaged, or do not meet the return conditions.

2. How to Start a Return

If your item meets the above conditions, please email us at info@canberra-muse.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item (if damaged)
  • Full name
  • Delivery address

Please do not send the item back to the sender’s address.
We will provide you with the correct return address after receiving your request.
All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Because we operate using a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. As such, cancellations are not possible once the shipping process has started.

To Cancel:

Send a clear request to cancel your order via email to info@canberra-muse.com.
Cancellations are only valid once we have received both the cancellation request and the returned goods.

Please note: If the goods are already in transit (from our warehouse in Asia), the cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until the package arrives and follow the return procedure instead.

Refund After Withdrawal:

If your return is accepted, we will refund the full amount paid excluding shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at checkout.

Important Notes

  • All returns are sent at the customer’s risk and expense.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid loss during transit.
  • If your package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns are only accepted at our central warehouse in Asia. Items returned to any other address will not be eligible for a refund.
